Changing times call for innovative responses. Recent improvements in video conferencing apps provide a real opportunity to streamline the way we work and an offshoot of this is the increasing use of digital and digitised documents.
We embrace this wholeheartedly. Although we will always be pleased to welcome clients in person to our offices in Harrow on the Hill, we are also very conscious of the value of time. We appreciate the convenience (not to say, competitive advantage) of you being able to manage your accounting and taxation requirements from you own home, your own office, or on the move.
Our default position is to hold ‘virtual’ or video meetings and to use digital documents. This provides you with real open access to us, your accountants, and it means your documents are always to hand.
Where existing documents are physical only, we will arrange for them to be collected scanned, digitised and returned to your home or office. The scanned documents will be added to a secure digital library to which you will have access. While there is a modest charge for this service, there are significant advantages:
